The issue
Small changes are easier to handle when the process is visible.
Many project problems start because nobody wrote down the boundary between included work, optional extras,
revision rounds, client inputs and approval steps. When the next request arrives, everyone has to reconstruct
the agreement from memory.
This kit does not make legal promises and it cannot make a client approve or pay for a change. It gives you a
clearer workflow: define the scope, record the request, estimate the extra work, explain the effect on timing,
and keep notes for future review.
!Vague scope makes every later conversation harder.
!Unrecorded requests are easy to forget or absorb by default.
+A visible change process gives both sides a calmer way to decide what happens next.
